About UNI FAN P28
As far as I am aware, the new UNI FAN P28 is only available at 120 mm sizes currently. It does come in black or white color options and uses a liquid crystalline polymer rotor similar to the Noctua NF-A12x25, the Phanteks T30-120, and the Thermaltake TOUGHFAN 12 that were all impressive from a performance aspect.
The UNI FAN P28 is also 28 mm thick which Lian Li claims was done to allow for increased performance without affecting case compatibility too much—there is a nice feature integrated to accommodate radiator use too as we shall see. These are non-RGB fans that can get optional add-on RGB side frames, thus allowing you to choose between having black or white fans with or without LEDs.
