About DJI Osmo Action 4
The DJI Osmo Action 4 brings aesthetic improvements without straying too far from its predecessor, the Osmo Action 3. At first glance, the differences between the two are mostly in appearance. The Action 4 boasts a darker shade of gray and a red ring on the video capture button. The interior lens elements are also larger, and the magnetic quick-release pad is now more smoothly textured.
The Action 4 is designed to be used with the included case, which needs to be removed for battery or microSD card replacement. However, the USB-C port remains accessible even when the case is attached. The top of the device houses the record button, while the power and quick switch button can be found on the side. Like its predecessor, the Action 4 sports front and rear touchscreens. While this design is functional, it lacks the uniqueness and innovation of the DJI Action 2.
